Responsiblities 职责描述

1. Validate and process vendor invoices and expense claims in compliance with company's procedures and policies;

根据公司的制度和程序，审核供应商发票以及费用报销；

2. To assist leader and colleagues of finance department in the month-end close, and tax related matters;

协助领导和财务部同事完成月度关账以及税务事宜。

3. Bank matters, mainly for foreign exchange business;

银行事宜，主要为外汇业务;

4. Responsible for VAT invoice verification;

增值税发票认证;

5. Contract management;

合同登记;

6. Other task assigned from leader or colleagues of finance department.

领导或财务部同事交办的其他工作。

Requirements 资质要求

1. Bachelor degree or above in Accounting/Finance Major;

本科及以上学历，财务或金融专业；

2. Good English (written & spoken);

英语口语及书写能力良好；

3. Good communication skill, Self-motivated, Open-minded, team player, and able to work under time pressure and meet deadlines consistently

良好的沟通技巧，自我激励的，开朗，团队协作，能够在时间压力下工作并且总是能够满足最后期限的要求。

4. Internship position.

Working place: NO.81 Pugong Road, Shanghai Chemical Industry Park, Shanghai

工作地点：上海市化学工业区普工路81号

This contract period is half year, well performed will be further talked about contract period.
