职位描述
The position targets to assist China commercial team to duly monitor and drive commercial performance and KPIs across all branches by working in liaison with Trade Management Team in Shanghai, Area Commercial Directors and Front office network.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Intelligence
1.1 to provide China commercial team with quality marketing intelligence data and report
1.2 market share analysis at all level, by trade, by location, by area & etc. Performance Intelligence
2. Performance Intelligence
2.1 to act as support to commercial team to provide all information related to performance of CMA CGM China
2.2 to provide BM/SM with full performance feedback for better commercial management on site
2.3 to keep better track of market updates
2.4 commercial performance analytical management
2.5to act as commercial support focused on: various analysis on performance vs budget / vs market, market share evolution, branch weekly reports, sales activity focus/monitor and etc.
3. Business Development
3.1 to make commercial development proposal to China Management team based on market/performance intelligence.
Required Experience & Skills
1. Minimum bachelor's degree, with 3+ years of shipping industry experience or professional experience in marketing BD function.
2. Sound record within the industry and being familiar with China shipping market with extensive relationship.
3. Good master of Access/Excel/PPT, excellent at data processing and process analysis, BI tool is a plus. .
4. Possess analytical skills, professional, autonomous with strong ability to improve the efficiency and drive forward .
5. Business acumen, results oriented, resourceful and able to work across team in a highly dynamic environment. .
6. Fluent in English and mandarin.
