Job description 工作内容：

Support Trade marketing team on below tasks:

1. Fully understand market or trade request and follow up the design and production projects.

   清晰理解市场及销售渠道的需求，配合设计、制作项目及质量把控。

2. Draft written document according to project’s need, such as briefing letter, translate simple documents, meeting recap, and so on. 能够根据项目需求撰写文案，例如需求书、翻译简易的文档、会议纪要等。

3. Check and manage the products on OTA platform. OTA平台的产品巡查和管理。

4. Administrative works and standard procedure of contract and payment. 协助日常行政和合同/付款流程工作。

5. Help on review commercial documents in English and in Chinese. 核对各类中英文文档。

6. Conduct basic trade research, activity recap, and project review and data analysis. 能够进行基础的渠道分析、活动回顾、项目总结和基本的分析。

Requirement岗位要求:

1. Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week平时每周保证至少三天的工作量；

2. Fluent in both oral and written English; 流利的英文口语和书面表达；

3. Junior/Senior year of bachelor degree or first year of master program 大三/大四或研一；

4. Proficient in MS office tools; 精通电脑操作，尤其是 office软件；

5. Team player and self-motivated; 有独立工作和团队合作的精神；

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通技巧。
