Gasification system process design and on-spot problem solving.
气化系统的设计，现场实际问题的解决。

Principal Accountabilities/主要职责:
1. Gasification island process s design including mass and heat balance, PFD, equipment sizing, PID etc.
气化岛的工艺设计包括物料和热量衡算，PFD，设备规格，PID等。
2. Participate and finalize the compilation of gasification island PDP for new Project.
参与新项目气化岛工艺包的编写。
3. Solve process problem on practical using of the technology
解决技术应用中的实际问题。
4. Review and comments CDI's design drawings and scheme, make sure design quality is reasonable.
参与设计院设计图纸审核及方案的合理性
5. Know well about designing of fluidized bed and gasification furnace, as well as instruments and valves process system designing, act as an expert on gasification process.
熟练掌握流化床和气化炉的设计，精通仪表、阀门等工艺系统的设计，成为气化工艺方面的专
家。

Experience And Training Required To Perform Job/任职要求:
1. Educational background:
Bachelor or above of Chemical Engineering
化学工程专业本科或以上学历
2. Working experience:
10+ years process design experience in design institute or engineering company of Chemical Industry.
Coal Gasification and/or plant experience is preferred.
10年以上设计院或工程公司的化工工艺设计经验。
有煤气化/现场工作经验优先。
3. Language:
Good listening speaking, reading and writing in English.
良好的英文听说读写能力。
4. IT application:
Familiar with Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Schedule
熟练运用Microsoft Office系列各种办公软件－如Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Schedule等进行日常办公；
Good at AutoCAD, Matlab and Aspen plus+ for engineering design and calculation
精通AutoCAD的工程设计绘图设计软件；可利用Matlab1和Aspen等科学计算软件进行设计计算或过程模拟等。
5. Job skills:
Good personal communication skills, cooperative and a team-player, good capability of performance and execution, excellent in locating and cracking problems.
良好的人际沟通能力，善于协作配合，能快速融入工作团队；较强的执行任务、履行职责的能力；优秀的独立分析问题、解决问题的能力
