Main Tasks & Responsibility/主要任务和职责：

1.Make offline parameter;Make commissioning for welding controller;Timer connection to central pc;Correct current and force calibration ;

进行离线程序编写；调试焊接控制器；设备联网；正确进行电流和压力标定；

2.Could finish micro test, DT test or some other quality check;Known material welding character and solve quality problem;

完成金相及凿测等各种质量检测；了解材料焊接特性，解决焊接质量问题；

3.Mostly Solve hardware and software problem by himself;

独自解决硬件和软件故障；

4.Communicate with robot guy for bus commissioning and interface;Check spot position and dressing situation together with robot;

与机器人工程师沟通关于总线接口的事宜；与机器人工程师一起对焊点的位置及修磨状态进行检查；

5.Make backup and documentation for customer under the guide from team leader;Collect running information and collating of data.

在领队的指导下备份客户文件；收集现场信息并整理数据。

                                                                                          

Qualification / 任职资格：

1.2-3 years working experience for welding parameter setting;

2到3年焊接参数设置的工作经验;

2.Working experience in automation field, especially in automotive field;

曾在自动化领域的工作经验，尤其是在汽车领域;

3.Working experience with Bosch, MEDAR, OBARA, GF, etc welding controller;

有博、MEDAR、小原、广发等焊接控制器的工作经验;

4.Working experience for spot/MIG/MAG welding application.

有Spot/ MIG / MAG焊接应用的工作经验。

5.Be familiar with software for welding controller commissioning(Bosch, Medar, Obara, GF, etc);

熟悉软件，用于焊接控制器调试（博世，MEDAR，小原，广发等）;

6.Can work independently under the guide from team leader or supervisor on site;

可以在现场团队领导或主管指导下独立开展工作;

7.Be good at English in oral and written;

良好的英语口语和读写能力;

8.Good team work spirit and attitude;

良好的团队协作精神和态度;

9.Travel in China or aboard, and work under pressure.

可以在国内外出差，并且能承受高强度的工作压力。
