Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责:

1.Preparation of quotation and all related electrical quotation documentation internally and externally as required for bidding and/or quotation

可以根据投标和（或）报价的要求来准备和拟定报价及相关的内外部文件

2.Participating in customer/supplier technical meeting as required

根据要求参加客户/供应商参加的技术会议

3.Organizing and managing inquiries, and get competitive quotation from suppliers

组织和管理询价，并从供应商处获取有竞争力的报价

4.Cost estimation, calculation, report and quotation preparation on mechanical portion along with electrical portion

与电气部分同步，进行机械部分的成本评估、计算、汇报和报价准备

5.Reporting quotation events and problems to management

适时地报告报价进程及在其出现的问题

6.Managing project data and documents in both electric and hard copy version

管理电子版的和纸质版的项目数据和文档

7.Interfacing with project team members to hand-over and kick-off project on time

能与项目团队成员很好的沟通协调使得项目能准时移交和启动

8.Participating in management team reviews as required

根据要求参加管理团队内部审查

9.Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner by getting along with customers, clients, co-workers, supervisors, managers, and all other employees

能很好和客户、主管、经理和其他所有同事相处从而营造积极的工作氛围

10.At the superior’s request, the employee must perform tasks that correspond to the type of the position or become necessary as a result of company business

Qualification资格：

1.Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant education, and with relevant training and work experience

本科及其以上学历，机械工程或相关的专业，有一定的培训和工作经验

2.Minimum 3 years training of using AutoCAD, Microstation, CATIA,UG, Process Design/Process Simulation, RobCAD, and/or Delmia

至少3年AutoCAD、Microstation、 CATIA、UG、PD/PS、RobCAD和/或Delmia培训

3.Minimum 3 years BIW proposal training

至少3年白车身方案的工作经验培训

4.Good knowledge of BIW (Body in White) line technologies, i.e., design, process and equipment, good understanding of technical proposal, process, equipment and PM

熟悉白车身焊装线设计、工艺及设备知识，准确理解方案、了解工艺、熟悉设备及项目管理情况

5.Good understanding in sales flow, cost system and relative commercial knowledge

熟悉公司销售流程和成本体系，具备相关商务知识

6. Clear verbal and written communication skills in English, German language a plus, Chinese mother tongue

有基本的的英语口语表达能力且写作能力，会德语者优先，母语为汉语

7.Good at MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project

能很好地使用微软Office办公软件: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project

8.Good communication and cooperation skill

The FFT Group, whose head office was founded in Fulda, Germany in1974, has more than 1100 professional engineers all over the world.The FFT Group was acquired by Fosun International Limited on 30th May 2019.

FFT entered the Chinese market in 2004 and established FFT Production Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., which is located in the famous Anting Automobile City. Until now FFT Shanghai has more than 300 professional engineers.

FFT Shenyang was founded in 2020,located in Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone.

According to the requirements of our customers, FFT offers turn-key service for the design and supply of complete systems for body in white and assembly plants. The service range includes project management, planning, design, simulation, plant implementation, pilot series and launch support, quality assurance and after sales service. FFT also offers system solutions and products, including roller hemming, image processing, laser technology, gluing and filling technology and welding and joining technology.
