The Role

At WiseTech Global, one of the fastest growing technology companies in the world, we are seeking an ambitious Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for creating and driving the strategy for sales and marketing across China. You will lead a small team and work with the CargoWise One China Marketing team and our brand across China to execute this plan. This will be an important anchor role in our expanding Asian operations. 

Key Responsibilities

·         Ensure marketing strategies are delivered successfully to support brand, client relationships and prospect development

·         International experience with proven marketing expertise and insights to the Chinese markets

·         Build sales assets to generate and improve conversion

·         Manage local marketing resources whilst working in conjunction with our broader sales and delivery teams

·         Collaborate with product managers to implement new and modified programs and initiatives

·         Ensure marketing strategies are delivered successfully to support client, prospect and brand development

The Candidate

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will offer:

·         5 years’ Marketing experience including product marketing, business development, public relations, research, communications, and events

·         The ability to work closely with local agencies and global team to develop content across all performance marketing channels

·         Project management and strategic decision making skills

·         A strong sense of organisation and planning with the ability to manage time well

·         Strong MS Office and Adobe suite skills

·         A degree in Marketing or related discipline

·         English and Mandarin preferred
