职位描述
PROJECT MANAGER
Essential Functions:
Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects.
Requires extensive regular contact with assigned project Clients.
Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
Budget monitoring and trend tracking.
Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management project issues.
Education/Experience:
Degree Holder in Civil Engineering, Quality Survey or its equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in handling engineering projects
Skills and Special Requirements:
AutoCAD highly literature.
Experience in working with multiple discipline projects.
Excellent computer skills
Good English in oral and written
Good command in Japanese language is an advantage
Good leadership and communication skills
Able to work independently, hardworking, dynamic and self-motivated
Willing to travel to wherever the projects are located
Must station in P.R.China
