Position: Senior Officer, Loan Administration and Settlement 

Job Description:

1. Handle day-to-day operations of loan administration in accordance with global/local instructions and the guidelines of the team head and Head of Operations, and the regulations of local financial authorities.

2. Check the signatures of customer instructions and ensure test keys are verified by administration department.

3. Answer the queries from customer timely and correctly.

4. Handle limit, facility agreement ,new loan drawdown/rollover/repayment, post loan examinations etc according to the internal operation procedure; Pass the entries in Midas, be familiar with other core systems.

5. Ensure issues potentially exposing the Bank to operating losses or regulatory risks are promptly identified, surfaced and reported to team head and Head of Operations.

6. Check the transactions to avoid exposing the Bank for money laundering purpose.

7. Assist the team head and Head of Operations to establish and improve internal procedures, services and propose changes when necessary to maximize customer’s satisfaction, enhance the work efficiency.

8. Prepare / check / submit the correct reports to the local financial authorities and other internal department timely and accurately.

9. Ensure all the loan admin. documents and stationeries are kept properly.

10. Handle day-to-day operations of Settlement in accordance with global/local instructions and the guidelines of the team head and Head of Operations, be responsible for EOD checking for all Settlement deals.

11. Be familiar with account opening rules and regulations, check all account opening documents, coordinate for the whole process.

12. Provide support on various system development.

13. Problem solving timely, liaise with Head of Operations to handle irregular cases.

14. Other related duties as and when assigned.
