Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for full sets of accounts of SH office;

2. Conduct month-end closing and prepare PRC financial reports, ensure all financial statements are in accordance with rules and regulations of PRC government requirement;

3. Check & Reimburse employees’ T&E report, make sure the expense is complied with company financial policy;

4. Bank payments and reconciliations;

5. Tax declarations, such as VAT, Income Tax, IIT etc.;

6. Other jobs assigned by manager.

  Qualifications

1. Diploma degree or above in Accounting or related field;

2. At least 5 years experiences in GL management and other accounting functions;

3. Ability to work independently and attention to detail;

4. Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

5. Good communication and analytical skills.
