Job Function:

1.Exercise leadership in overall VSL projects as to ensure the project completion within specified schedule and budget and quality, conforming to prescribed safety, quality and regulatory requirement.

2.Identify, propose and oversee the implement of inspection program. Review technical and construction data collected, evaluate and decide improvement action as to ensure the high integrity of the terminal asset.

3.Plan and execute the project start-up and commissioning in conjunction with operation department as to ensure to deliver the project in time. 

4.Provide technical expertise pertaining to engineering practice, code & standard and statutory requirement, when needed to assist E&M & OPS troubleshooting equipment failure and etc. 

5.Provide the commercial offer for the potential project as per the commercial department requirement. 

Skills & Knowledge:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Chemical /Mechanical)

10 years relevant working experience.
