• 接电话；记录留言
• answer and direct telephone calls; take messages
• 做预定和预约
• reservations and appointments
• 热情接待顾客并提供一流的服务
• Smile and warmly greet all entering guests and provide first class service
•  确保只有授权的客人方可进入俱乐部
•  to ensure only authorized guests may enter Wellness facilities
•  确保遵守客人进出程序     
•  ensure guest check in/out procedures are followed    
• 向客人清楚的解释健身房的各项规定及设施的使用方法
• explain wellness facility policy in clear, polite English
• 对离开的客人礼貌道别并致谢
• smile and warmly acknowledge departing guests
• 保持运营区域整洁、安全、引人瞩目
• Maintain tidy, safe and attractive operation area
• 填写每日活动记录和每日收入控制表
• Fill out daily activity record and daily revenue control
