The successful candidate will report to Shanghai HR Manager in providing assistance to human resources related work.

The role offers the opportunity for involvement in internal HR function in a professional services environment. The successful candidate will be required to commit a minimum of 24 hours a week.

SCOPE OF THE WORK

-HR routine paper work including (but not limited to) employee on-board, probation, contract management, exit, etc.;

-Support recruitment needs including job fair, communication with law school, resume screening, interview arrangement, follow-up communication, offer preparation, maintain talent pool, update recruiting documents and records, etc.;

-Manage employee e-file and paper file;

-Liaise with and CIIC on HR daily work;

-Prepare HR related payment forms, employment letters, etc.;

-Other Ad hoc jobs assigned

REQUIREMENTS

-Currently studying Bachelor or Master degree, preferring English, HR Management, Business or relevant majors;

-Quick learner and diligent worker with high accuracy and good sense with details;

-Exceptional personal communication skills, good personality and being service oriented;

-Proven ability to work proactively, with the skills to prioritise and handle number of concurrent projects, under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines;

-Fluent in oral and written English;

-Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly in relation to Word and Excel;

-Self-motivated and disciplined
