Job Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. Prepare menu in collaboration with colleagues;
   与团队协作，准备菜单；
2. Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations;
   确保后厨料理台食材和用品供应充足；
3. Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetable, spices etc.);
   准备配餐和调料，包括蔬菜、调味料等；
4. Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation of dishes;
   在行政总厨或副厨师长的指导下，以具有新意的方式呈现菜品；
5. Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality;
   致力于优化烹饪过程，关注速度和质量的提升；
6. Enforce strict health and hygiene standards;
   严格执行的工作健康要求和卫生标准；
7. Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
   协助维护团队协作和平和相处的气氛。

Requirements 任职要求:

1. Proven experience in as Demi chef/ Chef de Partie role;
   具有厨师主管或厨师领班工作经验；
2. Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes;
   熟练运用各种烹饪方法、配料、设备和工艺；
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure;
   具有较强的工作能力，能同时处理多项工作，并能在压力下高效工作；
4. Knowledge of best cooking practices;
   具有良好的的烹饪知识；
5. Culinary school diploma;
   有烹饪相关学历或证书；

 Control  English language will add extra points;                                                                 

 具有良好的英语听说读写能力者优先。

Design Republic will also collaborate with many designers both foreign and local to create products that will explore a new modern Chinese aesthetic.
