岗位职责：Responsibilities:

协助租赁经理开发和维护客户，包括国内外客户。

Assist leasing manager in terms of business development and customer relationship maintaining. 

租赁项目带看

Conduct site visit

协助租赁经理做好租赁相关文书工作

Assist leasing manager in terms of leasing related paper work

提供相关支持，确保本部门良好的工作及服务状态

Provide assistance to keep department operation well.  

协助租赁经理做好售后工作

Assist leasing manager in terms of after sales work if needed

租赁经理交代其他事宜

任职资格：Requirements:

能与公司客户进行良好的沟通交流；

With capability of effectively and good communicating with domestic and overseas customers; 做事有责任心，能够承受高负荷的工作压力；

Be responsible and bear high working pressure;

工作积极主动，具有良好的团队合作精神和客户服务意识；

Take initially and team player and with a sense of customer oriented;

具有办公楼租赁经验者优先；

Office leasing experience preferable;

具有基础的英语听、说、读、写能力，英语熟练者***。

Basic English and with skillful English is preferable, 

富有工作激情，善于公关，有丰富的房地产客户资源。

Be passionate for real estate industry and with sales experience and customer resource preferable.
