岗位职责：

  

1、项目投资分析，进行日常成本测算，提供设计变更成本建议；

  

2、负责对设计估算、施工图预算、招标文件编制、工程量计算进行审核；

  

3、组织内部招标实施，配合外部招标；

  

4、合同文件的起草与管理，跟踪分析合同执行情况，审核相关条款；

  

5、工程款支付审核，结算管理，概预算与决算报告；

  

6、变更洽商审核及处理索赔事宜。

  

任职要求：

  

1、工程造价、建筑工程、工程经济等相关专业大专及以上学历；

  

2、五年以上房地产或相关企业相关岗位的从业经验；

  

3、具备注册造价工程师资格或预算员上岗证；

  

4、熟悉预结算、招投标及合同管理相关工作，有大型房地产公司项目全过程成本管理工作经历优先；

  

5、精通土建、装饰工程预算定额及全国统一工程量清单的计价要求；

  

6、熟练掌握office办公软件及预算软件，熟悉相关材料市场价格及相关规定。
