工作内容：通过与客户沟通，详尽了解客户业务内容；整理客户财务及非财务信息资料；收集行业、市场信息及资料；建立财务预测、估值模型；撰写估值报告；与客户审计师沟通，回答审计师问题，协助完善估值工作底稿。

工作要求：积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力，对待客户耐心。有一定的专业服务气质。工作态度认真、仔细。同时有良好的逻辑思维能力以及必备的专业知识（企业估值、资本定价模型、阅读财务报表，了解基本的财务报表编制规则）。
