Responsibilities岗位职责

Complete all tasks assigned by Sourcing Manager in time which covers supplier identification, factory evaluation and various negotiation. (sample request, catalogues, quotation)
按时完成由采购经理布置的采购任务，任务包含供应商确认、工厂评估、各类谈判（打样、索取产品目录和报价）
Accompany Buyers to attend trade fair and exhibition.
陪同买手参与贸易展会。
Co-ordinate orders with USA headquarter and Shanghai order processing team. 同美国总部和上海订单操作团队协调跟单情况。
Update and maintain company database system.
更新和维护公司数据库系统
Follow up artwork with vendors and customers.
同供应商和客人跟进产品包装事宜
Support the sales team when required
需要时支持销售团队
Support order processing team when required.
需要时支持订单操作团队
Sample dispatch 样品发送
Co-ordinate or perform inspection on shipment of goods.
协调或操作出运的产品的质量检验
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

Requirement岗位要求

Be familiar with Furniture, Camping, Sports Products, including but not limited by Stationery and Storage.
4+ years sourcing experience, international trading background, fluent in English.
Has sourcing experience in retail or trading industry.
Good negotiate skills on business at all levels of customer management and vendor co-ordination.
Excellent problem solving, communication interpersonal, negotiation skills and customer service mind-set.
Friendly positive attitude, independent, outgoing, pleasant personality, self motivate, good team spirit and positive thinker.
Willing to take challenge and work under pressure.
Language skills: Fluent in English
Education: College degree or above with its major in BS/Trading/Marketing discipline
Computer Skills: Proficiency on operation of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Travel Requirements: 20% throughout country
