Job responsibility:
-Operate SAP and deal with the email correctly
正确操作SAP和处理邮件
-Communicate with service team, warehouse internal teams and all other related team effectively
与服务组，仓库内部各小组和其他相关小组有效沟通
-Ensure the standard package and label, minimize customer claims
确保正确的包装及标签,最小化客诉
-Arrange the working schedule and priority
安排工作日程和优先级
-Analyze rationality for outbound package and assist to improve with engineer team
分析出货包装的合理性并协助工程师小组一起改善
-Training and motivate staff and offer constructive proposal
培训和激励员工，提出有建设性的建议
-Join and implement optimized project
参与并执行优化项目
-Ensure the smooth progress of 5S
确保5S的顺利实施
Requirements
-Technical diploma or above, preferable major in computer and logistic
中专及以上学历，计算机和物流专业优先
-Age 25-40 with more than three years working experience, at last one year as foreman.
25-40岁，3年以上工作经验，至少有一年领班经验
-A good team player, who is initiative, self-motivated and good at personal relations
有团队合作精神，有自主性，能够自我激励，擅长人际关系
-Proficient computer skill of MS office and experience of WMS is necessary. SAP is a plus.
熟练的电脑技能特别是办公软件和仓库管理系统的经验是必须的，有SAP经验优先
-English writing and speaking is a plus. Forklift certificate is preferred.
有英语听说读写能力优先，有叉车证优先。
