1 协助客户经理进行订单管理，包括订单录入、文件归档、交期跟踪、预定船期、准备及整理出口单证等；

2 根据客户反馈出口货物质量问题，与供应沟通，拿出解决方案，并跟进解决结果；

3 根据客户要求，开发新产品。

4 入职初期将由公司品管带领，不定期到各家供应商处进行出货前质检。出差区域主要集中在江浙沪，一般为当天来回；

任职要求：

1 三年以上工作经验,有跟单、质检或寻找供应商经验者更佳；

2 英语六级或以上，能写英文工作邮件，并能和国外客户沟通；

3 能够操作办公软件：Excel（制作各种表格） & Word, Outlook（邮件收发）；

4 能独立与客户和工厂沟通，并能独立自主的完成各项工作内容；

5 性格活泼开朗，谦虚好学，做事严谨,踏实肯干。

Responsibilities:

This position reports to the Operations Manager and interact with other team members.

The primary role of the position is to ensure that clients’orders at various manufacturing facilities in China are properly followed up and QC inspections are carried out as per work instructions. Records need to be kept in the company’s quality system. In the meantime, product sourcing/research work will also be required.

Experience and Skills:

1 At least 3 year’s working experience.

2 Preference will be given to a person with good international trading background.

3 Good English communication skills. English Level 6 or above is desired.

4 Proficient in using of MS Excel & Word, Outlook etc.

5 To be able to work autonomously and good people skill, willing to learn from others.
