职位描述
Key Responsibilities
· Sale of EP gable top packaging system with focus on value proposition presentation, sales negotiation and implement business plan;
· Meet or exceed Sales and Gross Margin targets;
· Formulate and implement business plan for key accounts;
· Build good customer relationship through frequent communication;
· Identify possible customers in each country; Make every prospect aware of EP possibilities;
· Management of accurate order forecast and aging A/R;
· Regularly communicate market condition, competitor activities and customer's needs to commercial manager via sales meeting or frequent e-mail;
· Jointly implement Marketing strategy with marketing team;
· Work in close co-operation with other functions within the group, to ensure customer's needs and complaints are always satisfactory resolved.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor degree in food science or related; or business management major related;
· At least 1-2 years account sales experience on B2B business model, experience in food industry is a plus;
· Good English and computer skills;
· Strong interpersonal skills and effective deployment, and able to work under pressure;
· Business traveling is required.
