职位描述
Key Accountabilities
Responsible to meet commercial (sales, pricing, market share) and financial (profitability and receivables) targets for the AOR, involved in strategy and market intelligence:
? Builds relationships with customers and maintains constant contact
? Responsible for all commercial aspects with customers, from initial contact to accounts receivables
? Proposes and implements sales plans / programs upon agreement with supervisor
? Responsible for pricing set in agreement with supervisor as well as all commercial terms
? Responsible for customer satisfaction
? Establishes a sales plans for AOR and prepares the operative objectives in agreement with supervisor
? Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.
? Monitors market and industry developments in AOR against position of competitors
? Establishes in-depth knowledge of customers needs through relationships with contacts at customers, as well as lateral networking, such as trade organizations, trade publications, research institutes, equipment suppliers, etc…
? Establishes an annual growth and action plan to acquire new customers.
? Contributes to preparation, organization and execution of tradeshows, exhibitions and other promotional activities
? Interactions with Sales colleagues, Order Management, Production, Logistics, Technical Service team and Accounting
? Participates in selected projects assigned by the LE
Experience:
?College or university degree in Commercial / Technical field
(Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
?Over 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
?Background in graphite industry and/or steel industry preferred
?Proven ability to lead and build a team of salespeople
Skills:
Strong communication skills
Good team work spirit
Excellent English (listening, speaking, writing)
Strategic thinking
Result oriented
