Main Duties:

• With the request of the Group leader or project responsible, leading a small team to execute & fulfill the work package/Module/System independently,

• Ensure on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.

• Coach new team members to get them integrated into the organization.

• Responsible for Interior _ IP/Console system/parts design & development.

• Ensure the on time release of the design & on time delivery

• Preparing/Presenting of detailed structure proposal and documentation in CATIA V5 and MS office.

• Assist and support Interior Group Leader/Department manager in specialist for technical issues.

• Be interface to OEM & manufacture suppliers as required.

• Coordination of project-related activities with other groups

• Styling feasibility analysis and concept development with sections.

• lead/coach a small team to fulfill the work package

Qualification

• Experienced designer, 7+ years preferred (5+ years minimum)                

• Experienced at IP and Console system.

• Be proficient in CATIA V5

• Ability to be self starter, seeking help as needed

• Good communication ability both in mandarin and English.

• Open mind and team work with people from different cultures.

工程开发合资公司名为麦格纳卫蓝新能源汽车技术（镇江）有限公司，员工规模约为420人左右。除北汽新能源，工程合资公司同时服务其他潜在客户，提供电动汽车开发等业务。
制造合资公司提供电动汽车整车制造服务,以北汽集团位于江苏镇江的现有工厂为基地，该工厂年产量可达18万辆,首批量产车型计划于2020年投产。
其中的新能源汽车试验中心面积在大约12000平方米左右, 预计2019年9月投入使用。
