1. 建筑学、美术相关专业，至少3年以上工作经验，室内及室外渲染可兼顾者优先；
   Diploma or above in architecture and arts related majors. Proven experience of at least 3 years in architecture and design industry, both interior and exterior render experiences a plus;
2. 具备较好的美术基础和设计能力，色彩感强、美术专业知识、能把握视觉色彩与整体布局等；
   Good art knowledge and design capability. Strong sense of color, art professional knowledge and the ability of grasping visual color and overall layout;
3. 精于操作3DMAX、Photoshop、Vray、Sketchup等绘图软件；各种渲染插件；可以前期配合测试，独立完成渲染及后期工作；
   Excellent skills in 3DMAX, Photoshop, Vray and Sketchup and various render plug-in. Cooperate with test in preliminary process, compete render work and post production individually;
4. 创新思维，较深刻理解建筑，在色彩，构图，素描关系方面有较强的把握能力；
   Creative thought, deep understanding of architectural design, excellent project control and developed skills in color, composition and charcoal drawing;
5. 热爱渲染表现制作工作，具备高度的责任感和精益求精的工作作风；
   Drive and have enthusiasm for render work with high sense of responsibility and excelsior working style;
6. 具备良好的敬业精神、团队合作精神与沟通技巧，工作积极主动。
   Good professionalism in collaboration and communication, proactive and initiative attitude towards work.

Established by founders Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, Design Republic will offer a unique collection of products created by the world's best design talents, many of which have never been made available to consumers in China. Design Republic will also collaborate with many designers both foreign and local to create products that will explore a new modern Chinese aesthetic.
