 - 负责前台的电话接听和转接；
- 负责外来访客的接待和登记；
- 更新公司内部通讯录和与各办公室的日常联络；
- 公司快递的签收与发放登记；
- 公司相关办公用品采购与费用结算；
- 为相关员工出差预定酒店与机票；
- 负责办公室日常行政供应商的联络
- 完成上级安排的其它相关工作。

  

任职要求：

  - 大专以上学历，行政或人力资源专业优先；
- 能用英文书面与口头交流良好；

  - 有良好的理解能力与表达能力；
- 工作认真仔细，责任心强，有较强亲和力与紧急情况应变能力。
