KEY RESPONSIBILIES and ROLES:

This position will be responsible for assisting in managing the marketing of AEG China’s Event Department.

? Assist in developing and managing the marketing plans for AEG China’s live events
? Create marketing budgets and manage the cost control on each project
? Build working relationships with marketing related vendors and media
? Assist in the management of onsite event marketing operations
? Drive communication between Western artist’s marketing team and the China-based infrastructure
? Assist Event Department with identifying and developing potential event projects
? Work in coordination with the Operations, Ticketing and Sponsorship teams as required for Event Department projects
? Develop and maintain the Event Department’s data collection and usage
? Assist in AEG China’s corporate PR efforts


The candidate will have the following qualifications:

? University degree in marketing or related field
? Minimum three year in relevant marketing experience, preferably in an entertainment PR/Marketing company, media, or corporate PR company
? Must have Shanghai / China media and marketing relationships from practical work experience
? Detail focused, taking initiative, positive thinker and self-motivated; team player and able to multi-task
? Must be able to work irregular hours, (i.e. events which may include nights and weekends)
? Strong customer service orientation
? Prioritize and multi-task in a fast based and stressful environment
? Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
