Key Responsibilities:

1. Editing both English and Chinese language existing Product Information (PI) Sheets, working with each PM on developing new PIs for new products

2. Assisting the PMs with developing the offer packages (marketing materials) for new and re-launch products

3. To provide professional daily support to Product Managers and Application Managers, such as printing and translations (Chinese-English)

4. Schedule meeting arrangement for the teams 

5. Coordinate with the relevant departments, AEM & TSE, R & D Departments

6. Monthly Project Reports, prepare PPTs

7. Participate in meetings and take minutes

8. Taking care of both internal and external visitors (issuing invitation letter for visitors, meeting arrangements, transportation coordination, accommodation, plant tour etc.);

9. Travel arrangements of Directors and PMs if requested. Also helping PMs, AEMs and TSEs with booking flights if they need help. Recording PMs’ travel and visit calendars into a central calendar for quick reference

10. BD Director’s and Product Management Director’s expenses claims and expense management

11. Important documents filing and distribution

12. Exhibition support when necessary.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. At least 2 year similar experience in multinational manufacturing companies

3. Excellent English and Chinese Technical Languages (both oral and written)

4. Have good work organizational skills

5. Proactive and positive nature, be passionate and energetic, can work under pressure

6. Good team work spirit

7. Excellent Communication and coordination skills

8. Good analysis ability

9. Detailed oriented

10. Sense of Confidentiality

11. Proficiency on MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
