                The Regional Marketing Executive, Evergreen Packaging Shanghai will be represented as key marketing window row in where EPS regional office located, e.g. Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. He (or She) will assist the Regional Marketing Manager and Regional Sales Manager to provide Marketing Consultant Service to key accounts in the region and assist the Evergreen China marketing activities execution in local.
The report line will be directly report to EPS Regional Marketing Manager and dot line report to Regional Account Manager.
The location is based in Shanghai.
Key Accountabilities:
Marketing Skill
Developing of appropriate marketing mix strategies for key customers
Driving customer's marketing team for category and new product development
Supporting customer's marketing execution includes new product development, category development, marketing communication, promotion and etc.
Analyzing and tracking on industrial key trend and regional marketing intelligence
Communication Skill
Sound communication skill to propose EPS idea into customer's plan, convince customer to sustain the development in fresh category, and communicate smoothly through daily operation and execution
Working closely with regional marketing, sales and technical team for developing strategy and ensure the implementation to high potential and high performance customer, and keeping fruit communication with other cross function team like finance, production, supply chain, PSC and etc.
Ideal Experience
The Marketing Executive will ideally possess the following experiences:
Academic in Marketing Management
Preferred to with marketing experience in B2C field
Solid marketing and business planning skills, including strategy building up, defining / positioning solutions, value proposition understanding, new product development, marketing activities design, market research techniques and etc.
Good collaboration skills and marketing mindset, and the ability to work very well cross functionally and especially closely with Sales organization
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
With the ability to think out-of-the-box yet develop practical solutions
An individual who has strength of character, open mind, eager to learn, commitment and flexibility; is comfortable to modify and adapt for different business environment; and is comfortable dealing with ambiguity; able to push the strategies / plans to an effective operation
Strong understanding for local behavior
English & mandarin language fluency is mandatory, strong numeric sense. With the past experience relevance to dairy or beverage products would be a definite advantage
