Job Discription:

1. Perform risk analysis of supplier base based on audits reports/ assessment results

2. Work on site with the suppliers on their social compliance performance;

3. Pre-audit factories prior to official customer review/audits;

  4.  Actively guide and support factories with their root cause analysis, corrective actions, capacity building and ensure that social and labor standard issues are being improved in a timely and sustainable manner.

Qualification:

1. Min. 8-10 years of experience in social auditing, as textile industry in China
2. Experiences with social compliance standards such as BSCI, ICS, SA8000, WRAP, ETI etc;
3. Extensive knowledge of BSCI requirements, Chinese labor legislation and possibly other Asia countries;
4. Ability to work with factory CSR manager and to adapt tactics and means to facilitate social compliance;
5. High negotiation skills, proof of training and practical experience required;
6. Independent, self-driven and result-oriented.

  7.  Domestic travelling and offshore trip are must.
