职责描述：

协助渠道培训经理建立和完善经销商培训体系,优化渠道培训流程,建立完善经销商培训档案和维护日常培训管理数据系统.

协助渠道培训经理进行经销商培训需求调查,协助制定经销商培训预算和年度培训计划,并督促和配合年度培训计划的实施.

组织和安排经销商政策巡讲,重点产品巡讲,经销商管理培训以及其他相关培训活动,包括场地,日程,学员,讲师等组织工作,保证培训顺利完成.

制定,追踪各种培训评估表格,及时收集经销商对培训的意见和反馈,编写培训总结报告,不断优化培训安排,提高培训满意度.

协助渠道培训经理逐步组建和管理培训师队伍,监督,评价培训师工作方法及效果.

担任培训助教,配合培训经理,培训师完成各类培训,并承担部分课程的授课.

任职要求：

本科及以上学历,市场营销,人力资源或其他管理,行政相关专业,医学相关专业佳.

3年以上工作经验,2年以上培训或销售部门实际工作经验.

熟练的英语听说读写能力.

熟悉内外部培训相关组织流程,良好的沟通能力及较强的语言表达能力.

熟练运用各种办公软件,图片处理软件.

良好的学习能力,语言表达,沟通及协调能力.

有良好的文字功底,熟悉PPT制作.

具有培训相关专业知识.
