【职位描述】
1. 根据公司战略与产品计划，制订产品设计方向和开发要点，对产品进行拓展化的设计，并监督执行；
2. 协助制作人，和主程序、主美术等共同负责项目管理，与公司其他部门进行协调工作；
3. 负责对设计文档的管理和版本控制以及总体维护；
4. 把握和规划游戏系统及各功能模块，对功能进行验收和测试，保证产品质量。
【任职要求】
1. 对游戏行业有较深的了解，对游戏行业有广泛的接触和研究；
2. 具有较强的游戏分析能力，深刻理解游戏的核心原理及玩家心态；熟悉游戏开发流程，三年以上游戏策划经验
3. 有一款以上完整大型网络游戏产品策划经验，熟悉网络游戏及网络游戏市场状况
4. 对游戏的未来发展有清晰完整的见解，对社交游戏有深入的理解，了解社交游戏产品发展动态。
5. 具备良好的学习意识、细致谨慎的处事作风、积极向上的工作态度，以及齐心协力的团队精神；
6. 抗压能力强，能够适应高强度的工作，有足够的耐心、细心及恒心展开反复繁琐枯燥的执行
7. 具备较高要求的逻辑、数字处理等抽象能力，能在任何条件下都能把握设计重点；有一定程序编写能力及对数据库有一定的了解。
