1、准确理解、把握客户需求，制定整案策划方向及执行规划；

2、能够独立实施和管理多个项目，为客户提供专业且高效的服务；

3、负责把控项目成本、报价、预算、收付款等营收流程。

4、维护良好的客户关系，开拓新的业务机会；

5、负责团队建设和管理工作；

6、严格执行工作制度规范与流程。

任职要求：

1、广告及市场营销专业大专及以上学历；

2、大学英语4级或以上；

3、3年或以上活动公司经验；

4、对新事物有较强认知能力，能在短时间内理解把握客户与品牌；

5、具有方案策划能力，能够带领团队完成项目竞标；

6、具备较强项目统筹、决策、执行和客户沟通、维护能力；

7、具备较强行业资源并熟悉行业作业流程。
