职位描述
职位要求：
1.教育背景：分子生物学，生物化学，生物技术，生物工程及相关专业，硕士及以上学历。
2.专业技能：熟悉各种分子克隆技术， 如引物设计，PCR，酶切，连接等、 熟悉分子生物学研究内容的开发思路及方向、能够独立开发新产品并能解决产品开发过程中出现的问题、能够独立设计研发方案，有完整的蛋白质性质分析能力，实施研发计划；
3、熟悉基因克隆、外源蛋白的体外重组表达操作
4、熟练利用定向进化和理性设计等蛋白质工程方法提高酶分子的催化能力或选择性
5、具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神，勤奋、有高度的责任感和进取心。
6.英语熟练
