Requirments
o Bachelor degree or above
o With accountant certificate
o More than 5 year accounting experience, fluent English both in written and oral
o with experience working in foreign companies
o with experience working in importation and exportation, and in factory
o well-know the accounting related regulations and policies
o with experience working with software such as Kingdee, ERP, SAP, etc.
o High responsibility
o Good professional spirit, keep confidential
o Able to learn fast, work independently and with analysis ability
o Fluent in excel using and kinds of sigma functions
o Being modest, good teamplayer
Responsibilities:
o To apply, declare, buy, issue and verify the VAT invoice and performa invoice
o To calculate, pay and declare the salary, social insurance and individual tax
o To deal with all the import issues related with accounting, such as
o To deal with export tax refund
o To calculate the cost of product, budget.
o To deal with all the expenses calculation, binding and payment, etc.
o To handle the annual inspection, financial audit, audit, tax reckoning
o To contact the tax collector and participate in the meeting held by the tax bureau
o To submit all the English report and financial analysis report to both GH China management and GH Headquarter, attending meetings according to the requirement and table format on time
o To submit the English payable and receivable weekly report
o To ask for payments to clients once notice is received.
o To pay to suppliers once notice is received.
o Kingdee software using
o To deal with GH new accounting software and ERP
o Issues related with part of Human resources
o Prepare all the required accounting documents, confirmed the accounting related documents, including cooperating company evaluation report, etc.
o Financial issues all related with GH Shanghai and GH Kunshan, such as company closing and opening, etc.
o Prepare and arrange necessary trainings to other colleagues
o Accounting managing system、processing and accounting regulation establishing and explanation
o Constructive and executive suggestions to the manager
o Finish all the works on time
o Cooperating company
o Make monthly, yearly plan and submit the monthly and yearly report, etc.
o Well cooperating with all other departments
o Other issues required
