Responsibilities:

职责与工作任务：

1.Drive transmission design including gear, shaft, housing.,etc all the gearbox components.

   负责传动装置的设计包括齿轮，传动轴，壳体等所有和齿轮箱相关的部件。

2.Communicate with supplier for technical issues and optimise the design to meet the relative requirement.

   就相关问题同供应商进行沟通以达到优化设计的目的从而符合相关的技术要求。

3.Communicate and work with foreign consult to fix some design issues to complete the relative design accordingly.

   同国外的技术顾问沟通并一起去解决相关的设计问题从而顺利的完成相关的设计工作。

4.Provide the support for prototype assembly and testing then optimise the design accordingly.

   对于样件的组装和测试提供相关的技术支持 ，并相应的优化设计。

5.Do the necessary simulation for components and whole products via kisssoft and other professional software;

   利用KISSOFT和其他的专业软件对部件和整体产品进行相关的模拟分析。

6.Draft the assembly instruction ,testing report and other paper work related with customer.

   起草和客户相关的安装说明，测试报告等文件。

7.Local or international travelling if needed.

   国内外需要的出差。

8.Finish the other jobs assigned by line manager.

   完成直线经理安排的其他工作。

 

Requirements:

任职资格：

1.Bachelor degree or above;

   本科以上学历;

2.Engineering with emphasis in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines;

   工程专业, 机械和电子学科为主;

3.5 years minimum experience in the design of drive axles, transmissions, undercarriage or gears, or a related Master’s Degree with 4 or more years of work experience.

  5年以上车轴驱动，传动装备，车盘或齿轮的设计经验，或2年以上相关经验的硕士;

 Previous experience with automotive gearbox desired

  有汽车齿轮箱经验的优先考虑。;

4.SolidWorks,  KissSoft, romax;

5.Familiar with most Microsoft Office applications;

   熟悉大部分微软办公软件;

6.Excellent communication skills both written and oral Mandarin and English;

   良好普通话和英语听说读写能力;

7.Good problem solving skill, and communication skill;

   良好的问题解决节能，及沟通技能;

8.Can work under pressure

   抗压工作能力;

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions. Omni Gear and Magelec Propulsion are from the Omni Powertrain Technologies Family.
