Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the recruitment of workshop staff and some junior positions of office staff

* manage recruitment channels;

* coordinate the interview and attend the interviews; do comments and offer suggestions for line managers or adjust the solution;

* Actively support the whole process of hiring.

2. Support the coordination of all of recruitment;

3. Handle the paper work for entry and exit and conduct the related trainings.

4. Be Responsible for monthly settlement of payroll.

* calculate the salary based on the attendance;

* make an analysis for the difference;

5. maintain and update the data of HR system

6. Other works assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree with two years of payroll processing experience is preferred;

2. Be familiar with labor law and HR procedure;

3. work proactively with patience;

4. good command of written English

5. a team player with excellent communication skill.
