岗位职责：

1、通过公司提供的资源，外呼及接听电话，并通过多种方式预约客户上门咨询；

2、接待来访客户，对咨询者进行专业的学习诊断，制定辅导计划；

3、有效引导客户签约，完成每月销售指标；

4、积极推进在读学员的推荐转介绍。

5、按计划接收各类培训，不断提升自身专业素养和业务能力；

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，能力优秀者可放宽条件，有同行业销售经验者优先；

2、言谈举止大方得体，形象好，气质佳者优先；

3、有良好的沟通技巧，乐于交流，为人热情，有亲和力；

4、目标性强，做事积极，有一定的抗压能力；

5、有良好的客户服务意识，团队合作精神，能适应灵活的工作时间（包括周末）。

工作时间：做五休二 周三-周五 8:30-17:30 周六-周日 8:00-17:00

薪资待遇：月平均工资8000-15000元 含补贴、业绩提成、季度奖金、团队奖金
