职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1 Provides suggestions and resources to KTS operations regarding labor & personnel management under
the local government laws and regulations.
2 Work with department managers on assessing departmental staffing needs, organizational planning and
development. Responsible for job design and evaluation, manpower forecasting throughout the company.
Establishes effective recruiting and selection practices to hire qualified personnel timely, legally and cost-
effectively. Interviews and participates in the selection process for all candidates.
3 Provide coaching, direction, and acts as a resource regarding H.R. / personnel issues, answer any
questions pertaining to salary, benefits, personnel, and employment/personnel issues. Assists with
problem solving and employee corrective action process.
4 Establishes wage and salary structures, pay policies, performance appraisal programs. Set up and
manage C&B system which helps forming a performing workforce throughout the organization utilizing
the concept of "pay for performance".
5 Participates in the coordination, development and implementation of training programs that address the
company's changing needs. Make sure that training procedures are followed and all training records are
well kept according to ISO requirements.
6 Collect H.R. data and information, diagnose and provide consultation to upper management. Actively
involved in planning and strategizing projects, policies, and systems that impact the company as a whole.
7 Coordinating and participating the Employee Satisfaction Committee, set up linkage between employee &
management.
8 Set up and maintain good relationship and network with local labor authorities and local H.R. community.
9 Implementing and maintaining Quality and Environment System to conform with ISO9002 and ISO14000
standard
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1 Bachelor degree in H.R. or Administration field.
2 At least 3 years of experience in H.R. / Admin. Management.
3 Experience in a FIE preferred.
4 Knowledge of ISO9002 and ISO14000 is preferred
