- From our Building Technologies entity, Siemens are looking to recruit an experienced National Sales Mgr for Security System Integration Partner (ab. SIP) Management Business.

What are my responsibilities?
- Responsible for sales target and market share delivery;
- Sales planning, partnership development and identifying potential business opportunities;
- Initiate partner development, customer visit and other communication activities;
- Present and promote Siemens system/ solutions to customers in specific market;
- To lead sales and support for system technical proposal, technical clarification and bidding activities;
- Identify the market data, customer organization, and decision-making process;
- Define the sales strategy, and drive Strategic direction of partner to achieve goals and targets, orders;
- Responsible for sales tool follow up and update;
- Other tasks during daily work from supervisor.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Well manage and develop partner and channel
- Market knowledge for security system and product business
- Understand and identify different demand from respective customers, such as DI, end user etc.
- Sales and communication skill to demonstrate Siemens solutions to customer.
- Understand operational sales strategies to increase volume and/or margin
- High leadership with influence to peers or other supported team
- More than 5 years work experience, At least 3 years industry combustion experience.
- Ideally used to work in international company in more than 2 companies and locations.
- In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.

- Degree: College or above
- Microsoft and presentation skills
- Languages: English
