For our team of qualified Project Managers supplying international retail brands with design and manufacturing of product solutions within custom-made store interior & visual merchandising, we need experienced designers with a strong technical background and high level of English.

Responsibility:

Communicate independently with international customers in English.

独立用英文与国外客户沟通。

Develop design solutions together with- or based on customers draft/briefing and prepare these for optimal manufacturing, including making visualizations and technical production drawings.

为客人提供设计方案或在客人设计草图（构思）的基础上，深化优化生产方案，包括绘制三维示意图及生产用技术图纸。

Source products and suitable suppliers and negotiate prices, terms and conditions

搜寻产品和合适的供应商，以及议价，合作条款的商谈。

Control the sample development process with suppliers and approval process with customers.

管控供应商样品的开发进程，以及客户样品确认进程。

Preparing of quotations, samples sales orders, sales orders, time-schedules etc. for customers and purchase orders for suppliers.

准备报价单，样品单，大货单，进度表发送给客人等，同时准备采购单给供应商。

General project management and coordination with customers and suppliers, incl. planning and controlling of qc resources.

对所负责项目的全权管理以及与客户和供应商的协调，包括对质检的安排及掌控。

Coordinate deliveries with Administration Department.

与行政部门协调出货货事宜。

Project follow-up towards customers.

项目的后续客服工作。

Requirement:

要求：

College education and above, major in design area, such as furniture design, industrial product design, interior design, design and arts or architecture etc.

大专以上学历，主修设计，例如家具设计,工业设计,室内设计或建筑设计等。

More than 5 years real experiences of relative working area, such as furniture, shop display articles, or gifts and decoration articles etc.

五年以上相关领域实际经验，例如：家具、店铺展示道具，礼品和装饰品等。

Good at drawing, master of drawing software, such as CAD, 3Dmax, Solidworks, Illustrations, Photoshop etc.

擅长绘图，绘图软件熟练，如CAD，3Dmax, Illustrations, Photoshop等。

Be familiar with relevant production technology, material, unit price (wood, metal, glass, acrylic, plastic, paper, and light etc.), surface treatment, and production procedure

熟悉相关产品生产技术，材料及单价 (木，铁，玻璃，压克力, 塑料，纸，灯具等)，表面处理，生产流程。

Be good at English communication, - fluent in speaking and writing is required

必须英文沟通能力好, 说写流利。

Be able to work under pressure and arrange job logically and systematically.

能适应出差和较大的工作压力，能系统有效地安排工作

Prefer strong at factory control, coordinating and negotiation.

有较强的工厂控制力，协调能力及谈判能力

Prefer understand International Trade procedures.

理解外贸流程尤佳。
