2.回访、跟踪在施工地相关情况并进行处理

3.记录回访客户相关信息并进行汇总；

4.负责客户维修、增项等小微工程；

任职要求：

1.专科以上学历；

2.在建筑行业从事客户服务工作1年以上；

3.有较强责任心，能吃苦；

4.具较强的服务意识，应变能力及现场处理问题能力较强，具亲和力及稳定的心理素质；

5.有装饰公司工作经验优先！
