Our client is a leading Retail organization who are looking to expand their current HR team with a new Team Leader in order to support their growth in the region.

Reporting direct to the Head of HR you will be responsible for everything connected to Reward which would include; compensation, benefits, international assignments and payroll. With a large team reporting direct to you it will be your mission to ensure that the company can manage its large growth plans while keeping salaries and retention strategies firmly in order. You will act as a key advisor to the business as they continue to attract and retain the very best talent. Extensive knowledge of both STIP and LTIP programmes is essential, alongside presenting new and innovative methods that can take the company forward.
We are looking for someone with an extensive background in Reward and who is passionate about this area. You will be the technical expert in this area and it will be down to you to manage and build a function that can support the business while allowing you to become a more strategic partner. Experience of working within an FMCG or Retail environment would be regarded as advantageous, however we would be open to considering talent from outside these sectors if you can display the technical knowledge required to succeed in this highly demanding role. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential, along with China experience. In addition to this we are also looking for:
· An individual with an undergraduate degree
· 15 to 20 years solid HR experience
· Team Management experience
· A strong work ethic
