HR Assistant 人事助理

The main job activity comprises

§ Support in recruitment and dismissal processes;

§ Ensuring that all HR processes comply with Chinese Labor Law and related regulations;

§ Preparation of monthly salary sheet, incl. social insurances and individual tax calculation, bonus, etc;

§ Monthly individual income tax declaration;

§ Draft out of the offer/contracts/agreements (labor, training, etc);

§ Draft out of the different letters on salary adjustment, probation expiry and other HR issues;

§ Communication with CIIC, regarding all kind of HR issues such as monthly bill, entry and dismissal of employees, salary adjustment, etc

§ In charge for visa issues for expats including resident permit and working permit

§ Organisation of the trainings

§ In charge of all HR records, such as Overtime, Leave application, working hours, personal files, employee insurance, items received by the employee, etc

§ Communication with employees on their overtime record, compensation leave record, sick leave record and annual leave record etc.

§ Responsible for logistics arrangement of employee birthday greeting and gifts, wedding gifts and baby delivery gifts etc.

§ Supporting for preparation the weekly schedule for Admin/Finance/application & Sales Dept

General requirements

§ Chinese native;

§ Fluent in English, in both written and spoken

§ English as working language for at least 2 years

§ proficiency in MS Office application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

§ highly motivated and able to work under pressure

§ willingness for process changes and internal development

§ self-dependent, great sense of responsibility, reliability

§ flexible in scope of tasks and working hours

§ strong communication skills, good team player

§ very good organized, detail oriented and capability of multitasking

§ sense for IT, deeper knowledge in IT would be a plus

Education and experience:

§ University degree

§ Working experience in HR for 2 – 3 years and strong knowledge of the Chinese Labor law

§ Experience in handling Visa issues for foreigners including work permit and resident permit.
