Trainees – various responsibilities available

Trainee positions are open to students with available time (either part-time or full-time) and a keen interest in starting his career. Joining Siveco as a trainee is the first step towards a career with us. We are not interested in applicants with only a short-term goal (summer job etc.)

For all positions, a good knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases is required (installation, queries, interfaces).

Responsibilities available:

- Projects planning assistant

- Development of mobile solution (Windows Mobile platform)

- Software support

- CMMS consultant, implementing our FM/EAM system in customers' projects.

Qualifications and requirements, in order of importance:

­1. Good knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases is required

2.Ability to take responsibility and solve problems

3. Willingness and ability to learn fast, without excessive support (on-the-job coaching is our preferred training approach)

­4.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-growing business environment

­5.Good communication skills, interacting with customers' management team (Chinese and English)

6.Willingness to work as a team member in a fast growing company

主要职责：

- 辅助安排项目计划

- 开发基于Windows Mobile平台的移动解决方案

- 软件支持

- CMMS系统实施顾问需负责为客户安装“物业管理系统”或“资产管理系统”，并辅助售前工作。从售前一直到系统上线，将负责跟进整个项目并保证向客户提供持续性服务。

职位要求，按重要性顺序为：

- 必须熟悉Oracle及SQL数据库

- 能够承担责任，具备解决问题的能力

- 学习能力强,能够很快的融入公司,不需要过多的培训.

- 积极主动并能够在一个迅速发展的企业里独立工作

- 能与客户及其管理团队进行良好沟通（中文和英语）

- 愿意加入一家迅速发展的企业
