岗位职责：Responsibilities:

公司营运各环节的监督，检测及完善

Company operation process control, re-designing and optomization

配合老板进行项目的谈判及跟进

Assist and support the Project’s negotiation & following up

建立及维护与房东，政府相关部门，装修团队及其他供应商关系

Build and remain the relationship with landlord, relevant government department, renovation team and other vendors 

公司形象及市场推广

Company image & marketing approaching

协同租赁部对公司租赁项目的推广，招租及操作

Work with Leasing Department for the advertising and execution of company’s Leasing Project 

任职资格：Requirements:

大专学历以上

Bachelor degree or above

拥有商业地产或酒店管理或者租赁工作经验，熟悉创意办公楼市场。

Experience in management or leasing roles for commercial building, creative office, hotel or F&B industry

基础的电脑软件操作技能，如PPT/EXCEL/WORD等

Good computer skill, such as PPT/EXCEL/WORD

流利的中英文听说读写能力

Excellent at English and Mandarin
