More than 3-years experience

Experience in interior furniture or Facade
从事过室内装饰,家具,或者外墙的装修领域
Software literate (especially Excel, MS Projects a plus)
熟练运用Excel, MS Projects 等软件
Good organizational skills, responsible and hardworking

Good command Mandarin, English a plus
普通话流利，有英语基础
Able to work independently and under pressure

Main Responsibilities include: Supporting role for Project Managers, follow interiors projects from tender to completion: request quotations, negotiate with suppliers, calculate costs with profit margin, coordinate materials lead times, review product check-lists, research new suppliers and market info, liaison with finance and projects department.
