1． 准确地为员工诊断病情，规范完整地记录病情。

2． 合理，公正，正确地按病情开处方，发配药品。

3． 能妥善处理各种紧急或意外的病情。

4． 轻度小伤口的包扎及处理包括轻度烫伤，刀切伤，挫伤，扭伤。

5． 测量血压，接受各种疾病的预防及治疗知识的咨询。

6． 按规定处理各种外院病假单及计划生育公假的确认。

7． 准备各种伤口辅料及外科器械消毒工作。

8． 统计及清算每日就诊人数，药品的费用，管理及统计个人药库的药品。

9． 按照部门主管的安排在节假日值班。

10． 积极完成直接主管或上一级主管下达的其它随机任务并交付期望的任务完成结果。
