Job responsibilities:

？ Meet IE general responsibility to support production launch in parts presentation, material flow, layout, work station setup and SOS&WCT in timely manner. Optimize operator work content. Update/apply SOS&WCT on site to achieve capacity goal.

？ Project capacity tracking quarterly or significant change in process.

？ Facilitate Kaizen/ new project workshop, coordinate layout change activities to apply workshop decision.

？ Support implementation of Delphi EOS system, focus on standard OMS system

？ Update / Create value stream mapping, coordinate value stream activities.

？ Conduct ergonomics study for new equipment & work station.

？ Lead RUN & assessment for each project.

？ Track and submit divisional and regional report metrics.

？ Develops job instruction guides.

？ Lean concept training and CI project implementation, follow up with APU team

Qualification:

Education:

Bachelor degree of industrial engineering or equivalent required

Experience:

Minimum 3 years engineering working experience in manufacturing plant, automotive industry experience preferred

Language:

Able to clearly communicate in written and verbal English

Computer:

High level of computer skills; Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCad

Technical Skill:

Able to develop work instruction, people focused practice, material handling, optimized lay out plan.

Ability to identify waste in the manufacturing system and develop projects for continuous improvement.

Able to understand and apply manufacturing standards and tools, including PDP, P/DFMEA, SPC, etc.

Soft Skill:

High level of interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills.

Good problem solving skills.

Ability to manage the job and get required results.

Able to lead related team member (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing)

Others Able to travel as required
