Job responsibilities:

• Ensure Material Availability to execute the production plan.
• Create and send supplier forecast, schedule and bulletins.
• Monitor, measure and analyze suppliers performance.
• Receive Shipment Notification. Coordinate with Logistics on priorities of Customs clearance.
• Carry out shortage analysis; Communicate upcoming shortages to related functions in a timely manner.
• Refine Supplier Communication Requirements. Ensure effective information flow with suppliers, various departments and within PC&L team.
• Work actively on all the activities and initiatives focused on Inventory Management and reduction.ABC analysis report update and cascade to all relative planner to ensure component zerory control within the suitable level.
• Check the cost and expense with suppliers and ensure there is no any problem.

Qualification:

Education： Bachelor degree.

Experience：1-2 years experience and above as PCL systems in multi-national companyLanguage：Highly developed oral and written communication skills on English

Computer: Proficiency with personal computer

Technical Skill: Must familiar with WGQ free trade zone import/export regulation

Soft Skill: Interpersonal skills and a good team player

Others: Work experience in manufacturing company
