Responsibilities:

• Develop, automate and maintain regular and adhoc reports covering customer life-cycle, including Acquisition Channel, Through-the-Door (TTD) and Portfolio risk, CRM and Attrition and etc.
• Interpret report’s output, monitor and evaluate the business performance and provide meaningful inputs to management team and help them on revised strategies to address areas of improvement
• Maintain the high-quality and availability of the internal reporting platform, and support the continuous improvement of the platform in meeting new/changing demands
• Design elegant data visualizations to present complex reports and insights to both internal (management) and external (customers) audiences
• Oversee the monitoring and escalation of potential problem accounts e.g. through the early alert process, portfolio monitoring and review process
• Provide reports for operation team’s performance tracking
• Conduct ah hoc analysis for CRM and customer segmentation
• Provide inputs for monthly management meeting and other due diligence reports
• Assist risk managers to seek out and assess external data sources for relevant context to improve our credit and risk models
• Assist data warehouse team to work in data-centric functions using data manipulation languages and tools to extract data (not limited to systems and data warehouses), and to construct data repositories/cube

 

Qualifications

• University graduate or above, preferably majored in Engineering, Computing, Math or Statistics
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience – preferably in online lending / banking / financial service / analytics industry
• Good understanding of financial products
• Proficient in mainstream database tools, including MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB
• Working knowledge and understanding with one or more BI tools such as Tableau, ClickView, etc.
• Knowledge with one or more programing languages such as Python, R, etc. is a plus

• Be a self-starter who is proactive and willing to learn
• Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship skills and a strong team player and this independently
• Proficiency in the English language (both verbal and written) would be an added advantage
• Ability to present information in a concise and precise manner to senior management
